A very popular British-American rock band in the late 1990s and 1980s, Foreigner is still going strong three decades later.  Their first album came out in 1977 and stayed in the top 20 on the charts for a year.  Their next album was even more popular, cementing them in rock lore.  Some of their most popular songs are "Feels like the first time" and "Head Games."

The original band members were Mick Jones, Ian McDonald, Lou Gramm, Dennis Elliot, Al Greenwood, and Ed Gagliardi.  Now, only Mick Jones still remains in the band and it has undergone several personnel changes over the years and has over 25 former members.  In addition to the many studio albums over the years, the band also released a greatest hits anthology in 2008, which was called, "No End in Sight: The Very Best of Foreigner."  The group released its latest album of new music in late 2009.

Foreigner is currently on tour, often preferring smaller venues and clubs to the large stadiums and amphitheaters that they once filled.  Because of the more than 50 million albums that they have sold worldwide, they still have legions of fans willing and eager to see them play live.  This is true even if the band members are not exactly the same as they once were.  Given that leader Mick Jones is the glue that holds the band together, so long as he is present, fans will still flock to Foreigner.

If you want to see Foreigner live and perhaps relive some of your 1980s youth rock adventures, check out the tickets available here at EventTicketDepot.  We have the best selection of seats and hard-to-find tickets for all the shows and concerts you are looking for.  We also have tickets for sporting events and other special events.

When it comes to good old rock and roll, there are some groups who seem to have been making music forever, and Foreigner is one of them. They released their first album in 1977, and have had many hits over the decades. Foreigner hit singles include chart topping songs, which have remained popular over the decades, with both the youth of that time, and the youth of today. Singles include, but are definitely not limited to, "It Feels Like the First Time", "Cold As Ice", "Double Vision", "Hot Blooded", and "Too Late". Seeing Foreigner in concert is something which may be the concert of a lifetime. The familiar songs, the high energy level, and sharing the show with other people who also know and love most of the music, will give you the experience you want in a great rock and roll show. Foreigner is one of those groups who almost seems ageless, and will be enjoyed by all ages.
