The Black Keys
It's almost impossible that such great music is the work of just two guys. The Black Keys are Dan Auerbach (vocals/guitar) and Patrick Carney (drums/producer). They are on a busy tour of the United States and Europe and many of the shows are already sold out, so you want to get your tickets through EventTicketDepot while you still can. Blues-rock is where The Black Keys start, but it doesn't begin to describe the amazing talent and range of this gifted duo.
Coming out of the musically rich Midwestern town of Akron, Ohio, they released their debut album, The Big Come Up, and its follow-up, Thickfreakness, in 2002, both albums produced in Carney's home studio. These albums produced an early hit in their Beatle's cover, "She Said, She Said," and the theme song to HBO's series Hung in their song, "I'll Be Your Man." They gained further notice when their song, "Set You Free," was featured on the School of Rock movie soundtrack and the song "Breaks" was featured in RockNRolla. The albums Rubber Factory (recorded in an abandoned factory in Akron), Magic Potion and Attack and Release were released in quick succession. The last album was produced by famed D.J. Danger Mouse and they were working on collaboration with the legendary Ike Turner when he passed away. Their latest album, Brothers, was released on a special CD that changes colors with its surroundings.
The incredible busy band has made many TV appearances and are traveling all over the world, bringing their music to rapturous audiences everywhere. Tickets are selling out quickly, so you will want to purchase your tickets through EventTicketDepot while you still have a chance. See The Black Keys when they come to your area and get your tickets right away from EventTicketDepot.
